Big business and even bigger lizards
Dino Island is a unique and thrilling theme park that takes visitors on a journey to the time of the dinosaurs. Unlike traditional parks, the dinosaurs at Dino Island have been brought to life through advanced genetic manipulation, making them as real as they were millions of years ago.
Plenty to see and do!
With over 30 species of dinosaurs, visitors can witness these magnificent creatures roam, hunt, and interact with one another in their natural habitats. The park's attractions include the Dino Safari, where guests can explore the park on a guided tour and observe the dinosaurs in their habitats, and the T-Rex Pursuit, an adrenaline-fueled ride where visitors will come face-to-face with a massive T-Rex.
A World-Class Research Centre
In addition to the thrilling experiences, Dino Island is also dedicated to advancing the science of genetic engineering and dinosaur research. The park's research centre, staffed by top geneticists and paleontologists, is at the forefront of this field and is constantly working to improve and enhance the dinosaurs in the park.
Arrange an Educational Field Trip
Visitors can learn about the science behind Dino Island, including the methods used to bring the dinosaurs to life, and even participate in interactive exhibits and educational programs to deepen their understanding of these amazing creatures. Dino Island is a one-of-a-kind destination that offers a unique combination of adventure, excitement, and education.
The Game
Dino Island is a hectic megagame for about 40 players with easy-to-pick-up board and card game mechanics and prominent elements of negotiation and roleplaying as you try to run a Dinosaur research lab turned theme park.
What will I be doing?
As a player, you can pick roles between being in charge and running a profitable park, working in one of the labs and balancing on the edge between entertainment and horror, creating thrilling attractions and hospitality opportunities, taking care of dinosaurs, or being part of the security teams, whose job is to literally "take care of dinosaurs".

Management Teams - Seeking "clever girls" with the cunning precision of raptors to navigate and lead in the fast-paced world of enormous business. Dance through challenges with intelligence and adaptability!
Investor Teams - We're on the lookout for financial wizards who can craft strategies that resonate with the thunderous roar of returns. If you have the strength and prowess to navigate the financial jungle and leave a lasting impression, join us in making every investment a triumphant experience. Hiring for Magic Horizons Inc (Tourism & Entertainment), LifeGen Global (Biotech), and the Military-Industrial Complex (the military-industrial complex).
Science Teams - We're seeking pioneers in genetic engineering who can push boundaries, rewrite DNA codes, and bring dinosaurs to life. Join us in the Dino Lab and be a key player in shaping the future of genetic innovation.
Park Teams - Are you ready to be part of an exciting journey filled with dino-mite thrills? The Park Teams have several job openings, and we're looking for passionate individuals to join our dynamic crew.
If you have a passion for marketing and a flair for creating excitement, apply now for the Marketing position and be the driving force behind our park's success.
We are seeking vigilant Security Officers to ensure the safety of our visitors. You should have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to handle violently unexpected situations.
Care for the heartbeats of our park as an Animal Care Specialist! We're looking for compassionate individuals who can provide top-notch care for our prehistoric residents. You should have a love for animals, a keen understanding of their needs, and a commitment to their well-being and cognitive development (unpaid intern position only).

ACESSIBILITY: The game will take place on two floors of Redcap's Corner connected only by a set of stairs, which unfortunately may provide accessibility concerns to some. Please consider these limitations.
LBGTQ+ friendly venue and event.
For our non-Philly comrades, Redcap’s Corner is a short bus/tram/rideshare ride (or 25-min. walk) from the 30th Street Amtrak Station. Neighborhood street parking is usually plentiful as well. Book your Amtrak today!
Rules and roles will be distributed via email before the event. The rules will also be gone over at the start of the game for those who didn’t have time to read the rules.
Cosplay welcomed and praised but entirely optional.
